Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle, UAE's leading online classifieds, is hiring an Account Manager - Partner Success & Sales to manage a portfolio of used-car dealers, deepen relationships, and drive revenue growth across the UAE.

You will onboard new partners, identify upsell opportunities in financing, insurance and car evaluation services, and work with sales, operations, product and support to deliver a seamless partner experience.

Qualifications

Minimum of secondary education.
2–5 years of sales, account management or business development experience.
Familiarity with the automotive industry and CRM software.
Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.

Responsibilities

Handle Partner Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships and consistent engagement.
Identify opportunities and pitch our financing, insurance, and car evaluation services to existing partners.
Drive adoption of services that increase penetration and generate commission revenue for partners
Understand partner workflows and recommend customized service bundles that enhance their operations.
Monitor partner performance, identify trends, and take proactive steps to optimize outcomes.
Onboard new partners and train them on how to effectively use our platform and services.
Work with sales, operations, product, and customer support to deliver a smooth partner experience.
