Bayut & dubizzle is hiring an Account Manager - Partner Success & Sales to work with used car dealers across the UAE. You will understand their business needs, upsell financing, insurance and car evaluation services, and grow mutual revenue through strong partner relationships.

In this role you will drive service adoption, onboard new partners, and coordinate with sales, operations, product and support teams to ensure a seamless partner experience. English and Arabic communication is essential.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of sales/account management/business development experience, ideally in automotive, fintech, SaaS or insurance.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry.
• Past experience using CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build B2B relationships.
• Excellent data entry skills and a target-driven mindset.

Mansioni

• Handle partner relationship management as the main contact for a portfolio of partners.
• Identify opportunities and pitch financing, insurance, and car evaluation services.
• Drive adoption of services to increase penetration and generate commission revenue.
• Understand partner workflows and recommend customized bundles.
• Onboard new partners and train them to use our platform and services.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, product and support to deliver a smooth partner experience.
