Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, is looking for a Dealer Relationship Executive to onboard and manage used car dealers while delivering exceptional customer service aligned with our business needs.

You will build dealer relationships, achieve monthly targets, and maintain accurate dealer records; you will regularly meet dealers and negotiate to maximize margins, reporting into the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• 1-3 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, purchases, and management.
• In-depth knowledge of the used car market.
• Expertise in GCC vehicle makes, models and specs.
• Strong segmentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Marketing and sales skills with a professional attitude.
• KPI-driven, analytical and data-driven.
• Ambitious, competitive, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and margins.
• Build a dealer database to support targets.
• Develop dealer relationships with high-quality service.
• Market dealer relationships to meet quality, pricing, and volume objectives.
• Maintain logs of dealer visits and feedback.
• Design dealer segregation.
• Negotiate to secure the highest margins.
• Update the system on time.
• Meet with dealers weekly to strengthen relationships.
