Job summary

Visa in Dubai is seeking a Network Partner Service & Performance Management professional to monitor and improve the technical and operational performance of our global network of payment settlements partners. You will handle case queues, prepare reports, and drive improvements across processes and systems.

You will collaborate with Partner Relationship Management, manage stakeholder expectations, and support changes and transitions while maintaining strong relationships to ensure efficient

Qualifications

• Vendor Management/Service Management experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable with non-native English.
• Understanding of Incident/Problem/Change Management principles.
• Knowledge of cross-border and/or local ACH/Wallet payment principles.
• Familiarity with FX concepts and SWIFT messaging basics.
• Degree educated is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage Network Partner case queue to prioritise urgent investigations.
• Support Service Managers with investigations, reports, and documentation.
• Assess impact and manage communications for maintenances and change notices.
• Prepare monthly Network Partner reports for GOPN board meetings.
• Assist with automation and tool usage improvements.
• Identify opportunities for technical, operational and process changes.
• Drive operational efficiency and scalable payments settlement with minimal manual intervention.
• Maintain a strong relationship with internal stakeholders and Network Partners.
