Job summary

Mastercard in Dubai is seeking a Manager, Network Performance & Analytics to shape product strategies and roadmaps, manage existing lines, and partner with technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will lead performance analytics, coordinate with customers and vendors, drive GTM programs to expand card issuance, and oversee financial modeling and business case development for profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
• 8+ years in related work, with at least 2 years in management.
• Strong business/market/financial analysis and project management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product performance, provide feedback, and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with customers and third parties to develop product strategies and enhancements.
• Develop and implement Go-To-Market programs to increase card issuance in various markets.
• Engage in idea generation, business case development, and financial modeling.
• Execute business plans to promote value and profitability of Mastercard acceptance.
• Advance product-marketing strategy from decision through life cycle.
