Job summary

instashop, headquartered in Dubai, seeks an Associate Operations to support and improve partner shop performance through effective training, process improvement, and close collaboration with Operations and QA teams.

You will identify training needs, design schedules, train staff on policies and customer service, monitor results, and report findings to the Head of Operations while exploring new tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

Transform and optimize business processes by identifying operational gaps and inefficiencies.
Prioritize areas with the greatest impact on performance.
Manage and optimize the end-to-end shop launch process.
Identify and assess training needs and prepare monthly/weekly schedules.
Train shop staff on policies, procedures, and customer service.
Track post-training progress and report findings to Head of Operations.
Identify new tools and technology solutions to enhance procedures.
Ensure all technical solutions in partner shops function properly.
