Job summary

instashop, headquartered in Dubai, is the leading online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt. The Associate Operations role focuses on supporting and improving partner shops through training, process improvement, and collaboration with Operations and QA teams.

You will identify training needs, deliver sessions, monitor shop performance, and drive operational excellence across all partner shops, reporting findings to the Head of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Transform and optimize business processes by identifying operational gaps and inefficiencies.
• Prioritize areas that require immediate improvement and have the greatest impact on company performance.
• Manage and optimize the end-to-end shop launch process.
• Identify and assess the training needs of partner shops and prepare monthly and weekly training schedules.
• Train shop staff on company policies, operating procedures, and customer service protocols.
• Track post-training improvement and progress, and report key findings and recommendations to the Head of Operations.
• Identify new tools and technology solutions that enhance operational procedures.
• Ensure that all technical solutions used in partner shops (e.g. tablets, desktops, etc.) are functioning properly.

About the opportunity
