Job summary

You will identify training needs, design schedules, train staff on policies and customer service, monitor results, and report findings to the Head of Operations while exploring new tools to streamline workflows.

• Track post-training progress and report findings to Head of Operations.
• Identify new tools and technology solutions to enhance procedures.
• Ensure all technical solutions in partner shops function properly.

Job Description

The Associate Operations is responsible for supporting and improving the operational performance of partner shops through effective training, continuous process improvement, and close collaboration with the Operations and Quality Assurance teams. The role focuses on identifying training needs, delivering training sessions, monitoring shop performance, and ensuring operational excellence across all partner shops.

• Transform and optimize business processes by identifying operational gaps and inefficiencies.
• Prioritize areas that require immediate improvement and have the greatest impact on company performance.
• Manage and optimize the end-to-end shop launch process.
• Identify and assess the training needs of partner shops and prepare monthly and weekly training schedules.
• Train shop staff on company policies, operating procedures, and customer service protocols.
• Track post-training improvement and progress, and report key findings and recommendations to the Head of Operations.
• Identify new tools and technology solutions that enhance operational procedures.
• Ensure that all technical solutions used in partner shops (e.g. tablets, desktops, etc.) are functioning properly.
