Part-time IT Support Specialist

Part-time IT Support Specialist – A reputable IT company in Dibba-El-Fujairah is looking for a Part-time IT Support Specialist to join their team. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates of systems to ensure optimal performance
• Document all technical procedures and resolutions for future reference
• Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the industry
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client's concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field preferred
