Trip.com Group Limited in Dubai is seeking an IT Support Engineer on a part-time contract basis. The role focuses on maintaining internal IT services for local and remote users, including desktops, networks, and application systems.

The ideal candidate has a computer-related degree, strong desktop support skills, and familiarity with ITSM processes. Mandarin language ability is a plus for coordination with Shanghai HQ.

Qualifications

• Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering high-volume desktop support in a corporate environment.
• Basic network troubleshooting knowledge; CCNA is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the normal operation of the company's internal clients.
• Ensure the normal operation of Trip.com internal clients.
• Handle hardware malfunctions and peripherals.
• Maintain and support internal client application systems.
• Respond to client requests promptly and professionally.
• Install and troubleshoot client batch software.
• Manage cabling and liaise with suppliers as needed.
• Set up and maintain server room security, HVAC, and monitoring.
• Provide remote IT support to Middle East employees from Dubai.
• Assist with ad hoc projects.
• Work 2-3 days per week on dedicated days.
