Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Channel Manager to lead the Panel Builders channel in the UAE. You will drive partner strategy, manage agreements, and collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to meet country targets in a dynamic power management environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of channel leadership experience in the UAE, strong electrical knowledge, and willingness to travel within the region. Dubai-based opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Electrical)
• 3–5 years of experience leading and controlling Panel Builders channels in the UAE or region

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy for Panel Builders channel for Eaton in UAE to drive channel effectiveness and support country targets
• Manage partner agreements in coordination with country, legal and marketing teams
• Develop dashboards for performance assessment of channel partners and implement actions for improvement
• Weekly pipeline reviews with Panel Builders in coordination with the sales team
• Understand market intelligence, trends, competitors, SWOT, and product/market development
• Coordinate with product managers to launch products meeting market requirements
• Engage early with panel builders to maximize chances of winning jobs
• Identify, qualify and recruit new channel partners to cover targeted segments and meet channel targets
• Coordinate with Sales and Pricing teams for project-specific commercial support
• Define key targets per account with the sales team and ensure follow-up and support actions
• Represent Eaton in project delivery discussions with customers
• Assess existing panel builders and develop growth plans
