Job summary

SOCL in Dubai is seeking a Social Media Lead to own strategy, content planning and day-to-day delivery for multiple client accounts.

You will build monthly social media strategies, lead client meetings and coordinate designers, videographers, editors and the content team to ensure timely, high-quality output while staying ahead of platform trends and optimizing reach and leads.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency experience.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta and content trends.
• Able to independently manage clients and multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation and copywriting skills.
• Experience with reporting, content planning and social media tools.
• UAE agency experience is preferred.
