Job summary

Easy Wedding is seeking a versatile candidate for multiple blocs including Admin, Sales/BD, Marketing, and Operations. The role emphasizes building, running, or selling projects independently, with strong English skills and comfort with digital tools.

Expect 6+ month commitment and 20+ hours per week, with weekends/evenings needed for Operations, and a clear path to full-time roles. Compensation starts at USD 600/month for full-time, pro-rata for part-time.

Qualifications

• Commitment of 6 months minimum (ideally 12+ months).
• Minimum 20 hours per week.
• Proven experience building, running, or selling something independently.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Zoho, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, AI tools.
• For Operation bloc: availability on weekends and evenings.

• Admin: Supplier and customer payment follow-ups, client legal documents, HR systems, and recruitment support.
• Sales & Business Development: Managing inbound leads via WhatsApp, email, and calls, and conducting market research.
• Marketing: Creating content for blogs and social media, SEO briefs, landing pages, and campaign reporting.
• Operation: Managing wedding checklists, supplier bookings, timelines, and on-site coordination.

Requirements
