Job summary

KEENFINITY is seeking a motivated Social Media Intern to join the Inspiring Audio Business in Dubai. You will support the Marketing team in campaigns, manage social media activities, conduct market research, and assist with customer engagement across the Middle East and Africa.

The internship offers hands-on experience in marketing, digital communications, and content creation, with on-site work at the Dubai office and potential for portfolio development.

Qualifications

• Passion for media and digital campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic (French a plus).
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Understanding of the digital and social media landscape.
• Willingness to work on-site at DAFZA, Dubai for a six-month internship.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our Inspiring Audio Business in Dubai. In this role, you will support the Marketing team in creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media activities, conducting market research, and assisting with customer engagement initiatives. This internship offers hands‑on experience in marketing, digital communications, social media management, content creation, and brand promotion across the Middle East and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) and marketing initiatives.
• Draft engaging captions, posts, and basic visual content aligned with the company's brand guidelines and in alignment with regional needs.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries as directed.
• Partner with media agencies for maximum reach and impact.
• Gaining hands‑on experience in analyzing and summarizing campaign insights campaign performance and driving actionable insights.

Qualifications

• A passion for media and digital campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, and/or French is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape.
• Must be able to work on‑site at our office in DAFZ, Dubai and occasionally at events.
• Based in Dubai with valid UAE residency and available for a full‑time internship for six months.

Bonus Skills

• Basic experience with Canva or graphic design.
• Previous e‑commerce or social media marketing experience within a media agency.
