Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or related field of study.
• Proficiency in Arabic, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot or similar).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Address owner inquiries on financial matters, utilities, payouts, pricing, listings and portal functionality.
• Provide accurate information and timely responses to property owners.
• Handle calls and messages professionally and promptly.
• Respond to emails and log unresolved queries with tickets for follow-up.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, reservations and other teams to resolve owner requests.
• Generate reports on owner interactions and issue resolutions for continuous improvement.
