Job summary

Honor Technology is seeking a scheduling and operations professional to ensure timely caregiver scheduling and responsive support for clients and families in the UAE. You will handle same-day changes, dispatch, and real-time communications to maintain high-quality care delivery.

The role requires strong communication, de-escalation skills, and experience with CRM/EMR tools, with onboarding over the first eight weeks and potential overnight shifts. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or operations within healthcare, staffing, or call center environments.
• Hands-on experience with real-time scheduling, dispatch, or triage.
• Tech fluency with CRM, EMR, or workforce management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with de-escalation expertise.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to training and overnight shifts.
• Ability to work a daytime schedule for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate caregiver scheduling to meet client needs and preferences during same-day changes or emergencies.
• Serve as the first point of contact for urgent client and family needs, providing empathetic support.
• Execute operational tasks including check-ins, staffing activities, and managing inbound communications.
• Address service delivery challenges with urgency and professionalism.
• Accurately record client updates, staffing changes, and escalations in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Deliver critical updates to owners, clients, families, and Care Pros using appropriate tone and clarity.
