Job summary

Adams Care Technical Services in Dubai seeks an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage daily service activities and coordinate field teams across UAE. You will schedule technicians, assign drivers, and ensure on-time client delivery while enforcing safety and company standards.

The role requires 2–4 years UAE operations experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will liaise with clients and internal departments to resolve issues and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of UAE experience in operations, facilities management, technical services, HVAC/MEP or a similar industry.
• Experience managing field/service teams will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE locations and road routes.
• Strong team coordination and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Candidate should be flexible with working hours when operational requirements demand.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operations and service activities.
• Prepare and monitor daily job schedules for technicians and service teams.
• Coordinate with clients to confirm appointments, site access and service requirements.
• Assign technicians and drivers to jobs according to workload and availability.
• Monitor team attendance, punctuality and daily field movements.
• Communicate with clients regarding job status, delays, additional requirements and complaints.
