Flip Retail is seeking an Overland Transport Planner in the UAE to coordinate vehicle allocations, ensure on-time lorry positioning, and manage shifts with a focus on cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include collaboration with workshops, procedures improvement, and strict record submission.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience and a background in operations, logistics management, or supply chain. Strong MS Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with workshop for vehicle issues and resolutions.
• Ensure timely positioning of lorries to customers according to projections.
• Allocate vehicles and manpower according to projections.
• Monitor vehicles in roam jobs system from departure to arrival.
• Improve procedures affecting clients and carriers.
• Manage emergency situations per SLA/ procedure.
• Submit records to superiors on time.
• Oversee driver and staff performance during shifts.

Responsibilities

• To carry out all procedures tasks in order to accomplish objectives.
• Trick Duty Locations.
