We have an exciting opportunity for you as Outlets Manager to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina in our All Day Dining and Lobby Loung / Bar

As an Outlet Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest experience. The Outlet Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop colleagues and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Manage Restaurants operations

The successful candidate will be hands‑on leader with the ability to positively coach and motivate the team to success. Ideally, the candidate would have minimum 2 years experiences in a similar role in a 5 star hotel; able to handle multi-national team; Strong in HACCP procedures and application; exposure to outlet opening; exposure to a wide variety of outlets. The position required a high organization skill; highly motivated; focus on training and developing staff member; good administration skill.
