DEAL Holdings is seeking a Floor Supervisor / Assistant Outlet Manager to drive smooth service flow on the floor and coordinate a high-performing team. You will act as the link between service staff and outlet leadership, ensuring consistent performance during opening, service, and closing periods.

The role focuses on floor control, guest satisfaction, and maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and compliance across the outlet.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.
• Supervisory or senior floor-level responsibility.
• Strong understanding of floor operations and guest service.
• Calm, professional handling of guest concerns and complaints.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the floor during service, ensuring smooth guest flow and coordination.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in day‑to‑day running and lead the shift in their absence.
• Monitor guest experience, handle concerns professionally, support service recovery.
• Coordinate table management, seating flow, reservations communication, and section balance.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate priorities, reservations, VIPs, menu updates to the team.
• Supervise service staff, provide on‑floor direction, and support training and performance follow‑up.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, grooming, and presentation standards across the outlet.
• Support opening and closing procedures, cashing‑up processes, stock checks, and daily readiness.
• Monitor hygiene, health and safety, and operational procedures across the floor.
• Escalate issues, staffing gaps, guest concerns, and maintenance to the manager.
