Capital Motion is hiring a Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi. You will serve courses and beverages, assist guests, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. You will join a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with MICROS POS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Set tables according to event/service standards.
• Answer questions about menu and make recommendations.
• Communicate with kitchen about orders, timing, and availability.
• Relay allergies and dietary needs to kitchen accurately.
• Record orders and transactions using MICROS system.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and stations.
• Complete closing duties and restocking.
