Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Outlet Manager to lead the pre-opening and launch of a brand-new dining destination. You will drive operations, guest experience, and a standout service culture from day one.

This role requires luxury hospitality leadership, fluency in Arabic and English, proven pre-opening success, and the ability to build a high-performing team while ensuring brand standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Previous luxury hotel or standalone restaurant management experience.
• Proven pre-opening experience in restaurants or F&B outlets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and commercial acumen.
• Passion for innovation, guest engagement, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead all pre-opening activities, including recruitment, training, SOP implementation, and operational setup.
• Drive a seamless outlet launch and establish a strong service culture from day one.
• Manage daily operations while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop and mentor a passionate team committed to excellence.
• Partner with Culinary, Marketing, and other departments to position the outlet for success.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, hygiene, and safety requirements.
