Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking an Outlet Supervisor for NH Collection Dubai The Palm to oversee daily outlet operations and lead the F&B team. You will ensure service standards, handle guest feedback, and manage shift communications to maintain top guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in upscale hotel environments, strong leadership and English proficiency, and familiarity with POS systems. This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility for shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and F&B procedures are consistently followed.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper communication between shifts.
• Monitor service quality and ensure the outlet is prepared and maintained at all times.
• Engage with guests, anticipate needs, and handle feedback professionally.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, coaching, and development.
