Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a driven Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations, lead the team, and maintain exceptional guest service standards. You will ensure SOP compliance, monitor service quality, and support the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets.

The role requires hospitality education, prior F&B experience in hotel or upscale setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven supervisory or team-leading experience in Food & Beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and Food & Beverage procedures are consistently followed.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper communication and handover between shifts.
• Monitor service quality and ensure the outlet is properly prepared and maintained at all times.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets and controlling operational costs.
• Encourage upselling and ensure team members have strong knowledge of menus, promotions, and products.
• Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and proper handling of Food & Beverage products.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel standards.
• Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete required operational reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Food & Beverage Management.

As an Outlet Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet, supervising the team, and ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and operations.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
