Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to support the daily operations of the outlet and lead the team to deliver consistently high standards of service. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, upselling, and adherence to SOPs while coordinating with Kitchen and other departments.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality credentials, prior F&B supervisory experience, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale setting.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and F&B procedures are followed consistently.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper communication and handover between shifts.
• Monitor service quality and ensure the outlet is prepared and maintained at all times.
• Engage with guests, anticipate needs, and handle feedback professionally.
• Support Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets and controlling costs.
• Encourage upselling and ensure knowledge of menus and promotions.
• Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and proper handling of F&B products.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and required reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Outlet Manager or F&B Management.

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm.
As an Outlet Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet, supervising the team, and ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and operations.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
