Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm seeks a passionate Outlet Supervisor to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet and lead the F&B team. You will ensure high standards of service, supervise staff, and coordinate with Kitchen and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid grasp of F&B service standards. English proficiency is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and operations.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the outlet adheres to service standards, SOPs, and F&B procedures.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper communication between shifts.
• Monitor service quality and outlet readiness at all times.
• Engage with guests, anticipate needs, and handle feedback professionally.
• Support Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets and controlling costs.
• Encourage upselling and ensure team knowledge of menus and promotions.
• Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and proper handling of F&B products.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments for seamless operations.

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm.

As an Outlet Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet, supervising the team, and ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and Food & Beverage procedures are consistently followed.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper communication and handover between shifts.
• Monitor service quality and ensure the outlet is properly prepared and maintained at all times.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets and controlling operational costs.
• Encourage upselling and ensure team members have strong knowledge of menus, promotions, and products.
• Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and proper handling of Food & Beverage products.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel standards.
• Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete required operational reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Food & Beverage Management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and operations.
