Swiss Connect Solutions FZE in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for a 4-star hotel. You will oversee bar operations and banqueting, drive revenue, and lead the F&B team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a commercial mindset to manage costs, budgets, and stock while coordinating with kitchen and other departments. Shifts, weekends, and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Manager or similar senior hospitality role.
• Strong experience in both bar operations and banqueting.
• A commercial approach, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve performance.
• Good understanding of F&B costs, budgeting, stock control and sales performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Package: AED 6,000 basic salary per month, plus service charge
