Job summary

Swiss Connect Solutions is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for a 4-star hotel in Dubai. The role focuses on developing and implementing the F&B strategy, driving revenue growth through bar and banqueting operations, and leading the F&B team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The candidate will manage costs, budgeting, stock and wastage, while Collaborating with kitchen and other departments to optimize service. Fluent English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Assistant F&B Manager or similar senior hospitality role.
• Strong experience in bar operations and banqueting.
• Good understanding of F&B costs, budgeting, stock control and sales performance.

Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: 4-Star Hotel
Package: AED 6,000 basic salary per month, plus service charge

We are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for a4-star hotel in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both bar operations and banqueting, along with the ability to develop the business, improve performance and lead the F&B team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of the F&B strategy.
• Identify ways to increase revenue, attract new guests and improve business performance.
• Drive the growth of bar and banqueting operations.
• Plan and promote events, offers and other revenue-generating activities.
• Monitor F&B sales, costs, budgets, stock and wastage, and take action to improve results.
• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure service standards are consistently met.
• Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to deliver a smooth guest experience.
• Review guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service and satisfaction.
• Support the F&B Manager with operational planning, reporting and team performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Manager or similar senior hospitality role.
• Strong experience in both bar operations and banqueting.
• A commercial approach, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve performance.
• Good understanding of F&B costs, budgeting, stock control and sales performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
