Job summary

MJQ Investment LLC in Dubai, UAE, seeks a full-time outdoor sales representative to identify and approach new customers, secure orders, and achieve monthly targets. You will maintain relations with existing clients, prepare quotations, and coordinate deliveries while supporting collections.

The role requires a valid UAE driving licence and prior UAE FMCG sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this market.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Outdoor sales experience in UAE FMCG or related sectors preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of UAE retail outlets and sales routes.
• Ability to work independently, organize daily visits and follow up with customers.
• Basic computer skills for quotations and sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers including supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies and distributors.
• Conduct regular visits, present products and secure orders.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate within approved terms.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support collections.
• Monitor product availability, shelf visibility, pricing, and opportunities.
• Submit daily visit reports, sales updates and feedback.
• Handle inquiries and coordinate complaint resolutions.

• Identify and approach new customers, including supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies, wholesalers, and other relevant outlets.

• Conduct regular customer visits, present products, and secure orders.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase sales within the assigned territory.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat orders.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate within approved pricing and payment terms.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure orders reach customers on time.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and support collections.

• Monitor product availability, shelf visibility, competitor pricing, and market opportunities.

• Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and customer feedback.

• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate the resolution of complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• A valid UAE driving licence — this is a must.

• Previous outdoor sales experience, preferably in UAE FMCG, food and beverages, personal care, or consumer goods distribution.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

• Knowledge of UAE retail outlets and sales routes.

• The ability to work independently, organise daily visits, and consistently follow up with customers.

• Basic computer skills for preparing quotations and sales reports.
