Job summary

Accelerec Ltd. is seeking an experienced Outbound Travel Manager to lead and grow the outbound travel business in Ras Al Khaimah. The role targets UAE National clients and GCC travellers, requiring hands-on package development, supplier negotiations and profitability focus.

The successful candidate will design complete outbound packages, build supplier networks, and implement pricing strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound leisure travel, ideally in UAE or GCC markets.
• Strong ability to build and cost complete holiday packages.
• Proven negotiation skills with suppliers to secure value and margins.
• Understanding of travel preferences of Emirati and GCC travellers.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred; English communication essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop outbound holiday packages for individuals, families and groups.
• Source destinations, flights, hotels, transfers, tours and activities to build compelling itineraries.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure best rates, upgrades and exclusive deals.
• Monitor market trends and demand to adapt products and pricing.
• Ensure high standard of client experience and on-time delivery of itineraries.
• Lead or support the outbound travel team and manage day-to-day operations.
