Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience in inbound tourism, travel, or hospitality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving inbound tourism sales and managing international client accounts.
• Strong understanding of the UAE tourism landscape and market dynamics.
• Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Tourism; Masters is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an inbound tourism sales strategy for the UAE market.
• Identify key international markets and segments to focus on based on trends and potential.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team dedicated to inbound tourism.
• Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and trends in inbound tourism.
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional packages targeting international tourists.
• Build and maintain relationships with international tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, airlines, and tourism boards.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and attend international trade events to promote UAE tourism.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
