Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE is seeking a senior OT Cyber Security SME to lead design, validation, and commissioning of OT security architectures for Digital Power Automation projects across the Gulf region.

You will own risk assessments, security hardening, and compliance with IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001 while guiding project teams and collaborating with engineering, services, and management to deliver secure, reliable industrial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years of OT/Industrial automation experience.
• Certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 Expert, GICSP or CISSP.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity design, validation, and commissioning.
• Review customer specs and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Provide technical governance and mentoring to project teams.
• Perform risk assessments and security hardening for OT environments.
• Ensure compliance with IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001.
