Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead OT security initiatives across Digital Power Automation projects in the Gulf region. You will design and implement OT cyber architectures, assess risks, and mentor engineers while aligning with IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks.

You will support bids, coordinate with project teams, and contribute to secure-by-design practices across critical infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

OT cybersecurity for Electrical, Power, and Industrial Automation Systems.
Vulnerability assessment, remediation, and risk management.
OS expertise across Windows and Linux.
Experience with industrial networks, firewalls, and DMZs.
Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001 standards.

Responsibilities

Lead OTCS solutions delivery for Digital Power Automation projects across Gulf region.
Design, validate, implement, and commission OT cybersecurity architectures (Purdue-aligned).
Serve as SME for bids, RFIs/RFPs, and customer reviews.
Collaborate with PM, Engineering, and Service teams; coordinate with Level-3/4 and LoB.
Promote secure-by-design practices and regulatory compliance.
Develop and validate OT cybersecurity applications and defense strategies.
Perform cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and hardening.
Support FAT/SAT, audits, and security assessments through project lifecycle.
Create documentation: diagrams, hardening guides, procedures, reports.
