Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead OT cybersecurity efforts across Digital Power Automation projects in the Gulf region. You will design, validate, implement, and commission OT security architectures aligned with Purdue models, while guiding bids and collaborating with global LoBs.

You will drive risk assessments, hardening activities, and secure-by-design practices, ensuring compliance with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• OT Cybersecurity for Electrical, Power, and Industrial Automation Systems.
• OT Asset Management and Inventory Control.
• Vulnerability Assessment, Detection, Remediation, and Risk Management.
• Hands-on Windows and Linux experience.
• Virtualization Platforms like Hyper-V and VMware.
• Identity and Access Management with AD.
• Industrial network infra including switches, firewalls, and DMZs.
• Monitoring: NIDS, SIEM, Data Diodes, Syslog.

Responsabilités

• Lead OT cybersecurity architecture design, validation, and implementation.
• Act as SME for bids, RFIs, and tenders.
• Coordinate with PM, Engineering, and Service teams for project success.
• Provide governance to application teams and promote secure-by-design practices.
• Develop and validate OT cybersecurity applications and defense strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments and security hardening for OT environments.
• Support FAT, SAT, and security audits across projects.
• Deliver training and knowledge sharing to project engineers.
