Job summary

Paramount Computer Systems in Dubai seeks an OT Security Resident Engineer to drive enterprise OT security architecture, strategy, and governance across plants and sites.

The role involves designing and implementing secure OT networks, devices, and monitoring solutions, coordinating with IT, engineering and vendors to reduce risk and ensure regulatory alignment.

Strong experience with Purdue Model/IEC 62443, firewalls, DMZs, SIEM, and OT monitoring tools is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cybersecurity with OT/ICS architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial networks, firewalls, segmentation and VPNs.
• Experience with OT monitoring tools and SIEM usage.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443 and Purdue Model.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve OT security architecture and reference models.
• Set architecture standards and lead risk assessments for OT projects.
• Own and evolve OT security roadmap and target-state architecture.
• Translate architecture into designs and implement secure OT controls.
• Lead vulnerability assessments and patch management strategy.
• Design secure IT/OT interconnections and industrial DMZ.
• Provide governance, documentation and training across sites.
