Job summary

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC seeks an experienced Organizational Change Manager to drive transformation across Healthcare, Data, Analytics, and Technology programs. You will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking with a focus on processes and system adoption.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work with senior leadership in a cross-functional setting. Arabic language is mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, Project/Program Management, or Business Transformation.
• Proven experience managing change and adoption initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client management experience.
• Experience in change impact assessment, readiness, communication, training, and adoption tracking.
• Strong program/project coordination and governance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Business Analytics, MIS Reporting, Dashboards & SQL-based Data Extraction.
• Understanding of healthcare operations such as RCM, Provider Billing, Claims & Denial Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead change management and adoption initiatives across Healthcare, Data, Analytics, and Technology Transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stakeholder management, change strategy, program coordination, business analytics, SQL, and healthcare transformation, with the ability to drive successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, Program/Project Management, or Business Transformation
• Proven experience managing change and adoption initiatives in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client management experience
• Experience in change impact assessment, readiness, communication, training, and adoption tracking
• Strong program/project coordination and governance experience
• Hands-on experience with Business Analytics, MIS Reporting, Dashboards amp; SQL-based Data Extraction

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• Prosci Change Management / CCMP / PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Experience working on large-scale Healthcare, Data, Digital, or Technology Transformation programs is preferred
