Job summary

Yallo Retail in Dubai, UAE seeks a Senior Programme Manager to structure and drive delivery across a major transformation programme covering operating model, organisational design, and people change.

You will translate strategy into a roadmap, lead multi-workstream delivery, establish governance, and drive change management with senior leadership, acting as the primary interface with the C-suite.

Job Description:

A leading organisation in the Middle East is running a broader transformation programme covering operating model, organisational design, ways of working and people/change. We're hiring a Senior Programme Manager to structure and drive delivery across the programme, working closely with senior leadership.

What you'll do:

• Translate strategic objectives into a clear programme roadmap: workstreams, milestones, dependencies and measurable outcomes
• Lead delivery across multiple workstreams spanning organisational design, roles and responsibilities, process redesign and governance
• Establish and run programme governance: steering committees, reporting, RAID management and executive decision-making forums
• Own the change management approach: stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption planning and managing resistance to change
• Act as the primary programme-level interface with C-suite and executive leadership

What you'll bring:

• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes involving organisational change
• Strong programme governance background, able to set up and run structures from scratch
• Senior stakeholder management experience, including direct work with C-suite/executive leadership
• Hands-on change management expertise - not just planning, but driving adoption
• Comfortable operating as a senior, individually accountable programme lead, not just a coordinator
