Job summary

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC seeks an experienced Organizational Change Manager to drive transformation across Healthcare, Data, Analytics, and Technology programs. You will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking with a focus on processes and system adoption.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work with senior leadership in a cross-functional setting. Arabic language is mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, Project/Program Management, or Business Transformation.
• Proven experience managing change and adoption initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client management experience.
• Experience in change impact assessment, readiness, communication, training, and adoption tracking.
• Strong program/project coordination and governance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Business Analytics, MIS Reporting, Dashboards & SQL-based Data Extraction.
• Understanding of healthcare operations such as RCM, Provider Billing, Claims & Denial Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management and adoption initiatives across programs.
• Develop and execute change strategy, readiness, communications and training plans.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and executive sponsorship across functions.
• Provide governance over change metrics, reporting and benefits realization.
