Oracle in Dubai seeks an HCM Functional Consultant with 0-2 years of experience to guide customers in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud. You will help drive digital transformation, work with a diverse team, and deliver value to clients across industries on-site.

You will learn rapidly within Oracle's Generation program, gaining exposure to recruiting, global HR, payroll, and time-tracking solutions while influencing client success.

Qualifications

• Emirati nationality is required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Interest in HR technology and digital transformation is desirable.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a team member on customer projects.
• Assist clients in implementing Human Capital Management Cloud technology as part of Oracle's cloud strategy.
• Serve as a Functional Consultant specializing in HCM Cloud delivery.
• Analyze, design, recommend and implement performance improvements.
• Configure, test and deploy responsive HCM web and mobile applications.
• Assist in validating the solution prior to adoption.
• Lead client-facing workshops and present solutions.
• Collaborate with the team and clients on and off-site.
• Share knowledge within the team and network.

• Act as a Functional consultant specialising in the delivery of HCM Cloud applications.
• Analysis design recommendation and implementation of business performance improvements.

What youll bring

• BA degree in Human Resource Management Psychology Business Studies Technology HR Systems/Technology Computer Science or other relevant degrees.
• Knowledge of HR processes and the business problems faced by HR practitioners
