Job summary

Jai Hr Management Consultancy Services in Dubai seeks an Oracle Fusion HRM Techno Functional Specialist to lead implementation, config, and support for Fusion HCM modules. You will drive integrations, reporting, and enhancements across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits and Performance Management, leveraging strong SQL/PL SQL, AME, and OAF skills.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud HRM, with production experience and a proven ability to optimize HR processes in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM HR: Core HR, Recruitment, Performance Management
• Experience supporting production environments, enhancements and issue resolution
• Strong knowledge of SQL & PL/SQL; XML, RDF, reporting, Custom Forms, Workflow, AME and OAF customization/personalization
• Knowledge of Configurations, APIs, User Hooks and Interfaces
• Experience in data migration and custom standard interfaces
• Strong AME Approval Management Engine experience
• Knowledge of AIM, OUM or equivalent methodology for documentation

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HRM Techno Functional Specialist with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The role involves implementation configuration customization production support troubleshooting integrations reporting and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HR modules.

Key Responsibilities

Implement Oracle Fusion HR modules as per project requirements and timelines

Configure and customize Core HR Payroll Benefits Compensation and Performance Management modules

Provide functional recommendations and optimize HR processes

Support testing troubleshooting and production issues

Develop technical and functional documentation

Mandatory Skills
