Oracle in Dubai seeks an HCM Functional Consultant with 0-2 years of experience to guide customers in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud. You will help drive digital transformation, work with a diverse team, and deliver value to clients across industries on-site.

You will learn rapidly within Oracle's Generation program, gaining exposure to recruiting, global HR, payroll, and time-tracking solutions while influencing client success.

Qualifications

Emirati nationality is required.
Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Interest in HR technology and digital transformation is desirable.
Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients.

Responsibilities

Contribute as a team member on customer projects.
Assist clients in implementing Human Capital Management Cloud technology as part of Oracle's cloud strategy.
Serve as a Functional Consultant specializing in HCM Cloud delivery.
Analyze, design, recommend and implement performance improvements.
Configure, test and deploy responsive HCM web and mobile applications.
Assist in validating the solution prior to adoption.
Lead client-facing workshops and present solutions.
Collaborate with the team and clients on and off-site.
Share knowledge within the team and network.
