Qualifications

• 2–3 years work experience in the related field.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal purchasing inquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Process and place local purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
• Prepare and maintain operational and quality reports for performance tracking and decision-making.
• Support and collaborate with the logistics team to optimize supply chain efficiency.
