Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance and provide shift information to frontline management.
• Support and train employees to deliver great service and supervise daily tasks.
• Assist the Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues and support needs across KPIs.
• Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
