Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport in Dubai is seeking an on-site Station Supervisor to oversee shift management within a busy operations facility. You will lead a team of associates, ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and uphold safety guidelines across the work area.

You will collaborate with frontline management, adjust labor allocation, and drive improvements through data analysis and cross-functional teamwork. English fluency and logistics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (read/write/speak).
• Experience in logistics environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift management on-site in Dubai for the station supervisor role.
• Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage and train Associates to deliver quality service to customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide shift-related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation to meet plans and forecasts.
• Coordinate with support functions to address issues across performance areas.
• Help solve logistics challenges through data analysis and process improvements.
