Job summary

Easygenerator is seeking an Operations Manager to streamline daily operations, shape strategy and lead cross-functional projects. You will work across teams to implement policies, manage travel, and track performance to ensure company goals are met.

You will ensure compliance with UAE regulations and drive efficiency through data‑driven decisions, while coordinating events and vendor relations to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Operational planning and strategy: Develop and roll out operational policies and strategies that improve efficiency and support company goals.

• Project and process management: Lead operational projects from kickoff to completion, keeping them on schedule, on budget and aligned with company priorities.
