Job summary

Capital is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our Dubai operations as we shift to AI and automation. You will build the Dubai team, align with the Global Head of Operations, and ensure day-to-day excellence in a regulated environment.

You will coordinate with Global functions, report to regional and global leaders, and drive launches, incidents and improvements, including AI initiatives, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations leadership in regulated environments.
• Experience building and leading operations teams.
• Direct experience as operations contact for a regulator.
• Track record delivering through global functions you do not manage.
• Experience with operational KPIs, incident coordination and launch readiness.
• Clear communication with senior leaders; based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day.
• Agree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally.
• Act as the main operations contact for the regulator and translate local requirements into actions.
• Coordinate delivery across global functions with service expectations and escalations.
• Own regional performance; investigate gaps and implement fixes with accountable teams.
• Coordinate regional side of incidents and prepare operations for launches and changes.
• Manage service dependencies including vendors and drive AI/automation improvements.
• Report clearly to regional and global leaders and escalate needs for more resources.
