We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our Risk Management Department and help ensure effective risk management across our trading activities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor trading activity and ensure it follows risk limits and internal policies.
- Manage tickets and make sure they are resolved on time.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, including instructions, SOPs, and checklists.
- Handle operational issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
- Identify unusual or high-risk situations and elevate them when needed.
- Share risk-related updates with traders, broker management, and operations teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Background in operational or technical support.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and operational issue resolution.
- Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation and instructions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of trading is a strong plus.
