Responsibilities

• Management of the company's real estate portfolio (about 50 properties).
• Conducting an analysis of the real estate market to identify new investment opportunities, speaking at invest. committees.
• Negotiating with tenants, buyers and sellers.
• Organization and control of the real estate purchase and sale process.
• Preparation of reports on the status of the real estate portfolio and financial indicators.
• Collaborate with legal, financial, and construction teams to ensure effective project management.
• Leasing existing commercial premises.
• Studing rental opportunities.

Qualifications

• Higher education, preferably technical/engineering/construction.
• Experience and skills in construction technology and finishing processes.
• Work experience in the field of real estate management in international markets of 3 years or more is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
• Native Russian.
• Spoken English.
