Job summary

SFORS in Dubai is seeking a senior FP&A leader to own budgeting, planning, and consolidation across multiple countries and currencies.

You will build unified P&L, cash flow reporting, and cost allocations, lead ERP-driven management accounting development, and design BI dashboards for top management.

The ideal candidate has IFRS expertise, experience presenting to C-level executives, and proven ability to grow multi-functional finance teams; English and Ukrainian fluent.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of IFRS and group reporting across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.
• Ability to build the three core financial statements from scratch in Excel.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Experience developing management accounting methodologies within ERP systems.
• Experience with ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience managing and growing multi-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.

Responsibilities

• Own the full budgeting and planning process across all countries, ensuring reliable consolidation at the Group level.
• Build unified P&L and cash flow reporting by combining revenue and cost sides and cost allocations.
• Prepare consolidated and per-country management reporting for top management and the board.
• Lead the development of management accounting methodology within the ERP system.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for ERP implementation and BI teams.
• Design management reporting templates and define requirements for BI dashboards.
• Reconcile management reporting against audited financial statements and accounting data.
• Build financial models, scenario forecasts, and cost-optimization recommendations.
• Lead, develop, and grow the FP&A team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Head-level role
• Background in dynamic, fast-growing IT or product companies
• Experience in a Big Four audit firm
• ACCA certification or equivalent
