We are looking for a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable business insights. You will partner with stakeholders to define key metrics, build intuitive dashboards, and perform deep‑dive analyses that drive strategic decision‑making. You will bridge the gap between complex data structures and business requirements, ensuring data‑driven storytelling is accurate, clear, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Insight Generation: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
• Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain automated BI dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into KPIs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business questions into technical requirements and present findings to non‑technical audiences.
• Data Quality & Validation: Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy and assist in the validation of data models.

Core Skills & Technologies

• Programming & Querying
  • SQL
  • Python is a plus
• Data Visualization & BI
  • Power BI / Tableau / Looker.
  • Semantic Layering: Experience with DAX (Power BI) or LookML (Looker).
  • Storytelling: Ability to visualize data in a way that highlights key takeaways.
• Data Platforms
  • BigQuery / Azure Synapse / Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience with data modeling using DBT is a plus.
• Data Governance
  • Data documentation and maintenance of the clear definitions in data dictionaries or catalogs.
  • Data Q/A, ensuring data accuracy of data models.
• Statistics and Experimentation (Nice to Have)
  • Hypothesis testing, probability distributions, and regression.
  • Experience with A/B testing and significance testing.
• AI/ML (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning concepts.
  • Familiarity with Vertex AI or BigQuery ML for simple model deployment.

Language requirements

• English - Upper‑Intermediate or higher
• Ukrainian - Professional fluency (would be an advantage)
